                       Current Pool Information

                                                                                        (Updated 9-11-2026)

                               POOL STATUS

                     APPROVED POOL REPAIRS ARE UNDERWAY!!

   - LEAK - The leak issue that caused past water loss has been diagnosed and repaired, and the

repairs have been confirmed via pressure testing.

   - WATER LEVEL - The pool has been partially filled with water (hooray!! see below).  No unexpected

drop in water level has been noted, further confirming that the leak has finally been resolved!

    - WINTERIZING - Unlike past years when the pool was kept empty all winter, specific recommended

water levels will be maintained this winter, with appropriate chemicals added to maintain & protect

the pool wall surfaces and overall structural integrity. A pool cover will be added for more protection

       and to reduce evaporation.

   - KIDDIE POOL - The kiddie pool was in disrepair.  Per several professional reviews, repairing and/or

repurposing for different use was not advised due to significant structural issues and high related

repair costs. It has been removed, and replaced with sod (see below).

   - DIVING BOARD - As discussed at several meetings, the diving board was not functional. Estimated

replacement costs were very significant, so to minimize liability and ensure HOA member safety,

the diving board and related structure has been removed, and the deck area where the diving board

was previously anchored has been repaired.

Please feel free to contact any HOA Board member with questions @ oakridgehoa.general@gmail.com
