and Sports Court are located
at 50 Oak Ridge Drive
and are available only to
HOA members & their guests

Pool Hours (In Season):
Daily 5am-11pm
Diving Board 9am - 9pm daily
Multi-Sports Court Hours Daily:
9:00 am - Dusk

HOA Committees
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
This Committee reviews and
decides on reasonable architectural variances or adjustments from conditions/ restrictions imposed by the Declaration of Protective
Covenants which are available
in the section, HOA Documents,
on this website. Members are appointed by the Board of Directors.

Pool & Social Committee
This Committee was established,
to plan and implement social activities at the Pool for the
HOA members and their guests.
The HOA Board has also valued input from this Committee regarding HOA improvements
and recommendations. All HOA members are welcome to
volunteer and join this Committee.

Current Pool Inf-ormation

POOL UPDATE​​ ​
​
The Oak Ridge HOA Pool is closed for swimming. Due to unforeseen
circumstances, the Doggy Splash is CANCELLED. The Pool Clean-Up will
CONTINUE on Sunday, September 28, 2025 beginning at 1:00 pm. and
we can use lots of help to prepare for winter and next spring.
A list of these activities follows:

All chairs, loungers & tables inspected and moved for stacking & storing under the pavilion

Grills cleaned for winter storage
-
Break down of pool toys, clean as needed and store for the winter in restrooms
-
Umbrellas broken down and stored for winter
-
Pool deck swept up of leaves/acorns/trash
-
Bathrooms cleaned, toilets drained, and closed for the season
-
Grass cut and fertilized for the end of the season
-
Weeds, bushes, and trees trimmed around the sports court and pool area
-
Pump area winterized, and a scheduled plan to check over the winter

Before the Season Ends....

If anyone finds themselves with a little extra time on their hands, we still have some projects
which could use some attention and if anyone would like to take on one of these, please
contact Lisa Murray (719-650-0808) or Brian Johnston (937-844-9564).

Our Annual Dues are directly related to costs incurred from Pool Operations.
Please consider helping-out with tasks, other projects, pool social events, the Pool
Maintenance Committee and the Pool Social Committee for the 2025 Pool Season.
