The Oak Ridge HOA Pool
and Sports Court are located
at 50 Oak Ridge Drive
and are available only to
HOA members & their guests
​
Pool Hours (In Season):
Daily 5am-11pm
Diving Board 9am - 9pm daily
Multi-Sports Court Hours Daily:
9:00 am - Dusk

(with current emails on file)

HOA Committees
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
This Committee reviews and
decides on reasonable architectural variances or adjustments from conditions/ restrictions imposed by the Declaration of Protective
Covenants which are available
in the section, HOA Documents,
on this website. Members are appointed by the Board of Directors.

Pool & Social Committee
This Committee was established,
to plan and implement social activities at the Pool for the
HOA members and their guests.
The HOA Board has also valued input from this Committee regarding HOA improvements
and recommendations. All HOA members are welcome to
volunteer and join this Committee.

2024 HOA POOL EVENTS
​
​
BIG Shout Outs and Thanks to:
​
Sarah & Jeremy Moseley for their purchasing and donating new lounge chairs
and to
Angela & Joe Evans for finishing the painting of the Pool Pavilion and for
replacing grass near the pavilion and entrance sidewalk with rock
to slow the drainage/flooding issue with large rainfalls.
​ ​​​
The 3rd Annual Doggy Splash and Pool Clean Up
was a big success with both the dogs& owners enjoying the water
and entertainment. We had Bert at 150 pounds, some small breeds
at <5lbs and a little bit of everything else in between. Thank you to
everyone who attended and helped put away furniture, toys, etc.
The HOA Summer Social occurred on Saturday June 29, 2024
with neighbor, DJ Knight-Trane - Jeff Franklin - presenting a wide variety
of music. The weather was not cooperative for games & swimming,
however all who attended enjoyed wonderful food and great camararderie
renewing old acquaintances and meeting some of our new neighbors.
Thank you to everyone who attended and to the Evans for organizing.​
​
Our Annual Dues are directly related to costs incurred from Pool Operations.
Please consider helping-out with tasks, other projects, pool social events, the Pool
Maintenance Committee and the Pool Social Committee for the 2025 Pool Season.
